07: Can I have more than one site?

Yes, subject to our "expansion criteria", which ensure that you are operating satisfactorily as a franchisee and upholding brand standards. We would also check that you have the management and staff capability necessary to operate more than one site. We would, however, recommend that you start with one site that you totally commit yourself to for the first year. If things are going well for you, and you are meeting our "expansion criteria", then your Franchise Business Manager will discuss the possibility of expansion with you. The maximum number you can have depends on your own capability and site availability.
