01: What training will you give my staff and me? How many people does it cover?

You and your management team will go through our "Developing Champions" management-training programme. Full costs for training additional managers are available. Your team members will go through our "Expert" training programme, and full costs are similarly available for each position. All of this training will take place in one of our existing training stores, and at nominated training venues. Please note that the franchisee pays for his/her training, and that of all of his/her staff and management, and will also have to pay the travel costs and wages/salaries of those people while they are undergoing training. An allowance for training has been included in the indicative total investment cost.
