There is an argument for just getting on with things, for getting stuck in and learning by your mistakes as you go. But that isn't what we believe in here at Pizza Hut. Just ask our Restaurant Managers. They've benefited from one of the most comprehensive training programmes around. They also receive ongoing support once their restaurant is up and running. And as a franchisee, you'll benefit from all this.

The important thing is that you're ready when the time comes. We won't just hand over the keys and leave you to sink or swim. We want you to feel comfortable and confident from the outset. That's why our training process is significantly more comprehensive than many others. As far as we're concerned, our relationship is a long-term one that is based on mutual trust - something that's reflected in our training itself, which addresses the importance of being able to build effective working relationships before anything else.

That's just the start though. All in all, we'll take you through 12 weeks of training prior to opening. This will take the form of in-store experience and classroom based tuition, as well as extensive and continuous support from a dedicated Franchise Business Manager, Recruitment & Training Manager and our Restaurant Support Centre Staff.

Your and your Management team will benefit from our twelve-week programme that covers Team Member and Management Training. The in-store training will provide you with a detailed understanding of Pizza Hut operations and you will be expected to be able to understand all elements, and prove your competence at performing all roles within your restaurant before you Go-Live on your own.
